Are my credit card details safe?

For your security we use Paypal for all our credit/debit card transactions using a secure server, we never have access to your credit card details. For more information on Paypal’s security features click here.

How much is Shipping?

We operate a flat shipping rate of £4.95 up to an order value of £49.99 for orders above that amount the shipping is free (both in the UK and EU some international locations may cost more and we will email you should that be the case)

Is the shipping insured?

No, if you want insurance on your shipping please advise us of this on the additional instructions section of the order form, we will then contact you with a quote for this should it be any extra.

Privacy - we keep the details that are required to fulfil your order. We do not however keep any of your credit card details as this is all handled by paypal and full details of Paypal security measures can be found on the Paypal website.

Your privacy is assured when you do business with Nspired Stores. If you join our mailing list to be kept informed of new and exciting products, seasonal sales and gift ideas we will never sell or rent your email address. We will not share your email address with others offering you ‘similar services’. We at Nspired Stores hate spam and would never inflict the possibility of spam onto another person. We will not e-mail you in the future unless there is a problem with your order, or you have subscribed to our newsletter.

We may collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
